πποΈ Parking Rules
- Visitors: Please park outside the premises only.
- No Parking Zones: Do not park in “No Parking” areas, driveways, or designated car parking spaces, even if they appear vacant.
- Cars: Do not park inside unless a parking space has been officially allotted.
- Motorbikes: Park only in designated two-wheeler parking areas.
- Park bikes within the parking lines and ensure they are parked straight so that space is not wasted and others can park easily.
- Two-Wheeler Limit: A maximum of two two-wheelers (bike or scooty) per flat is allowed in the apartment parking area.
- Car Parking Allocation: Due to limited parking spaces, car parking will be allotted based on availability and queue. First preference will be given to flat owners residing in the apartment, followed by tenants, subject to availability.
ποΈ Waste Management
- Keep garbage in front of your door only in the morning before 10:00 AM for collection.
π Terrace Rules
- Always keep the terrace door closed.
- Terrace usage is allowed only until 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM the terrace will be locked.
- Do not leave children unattended on the terrace, as the parapet wall is low.
- π Smoking and drinking are strictly not allowed on the terrace.
π Lift Usage
- The lift is meant only for passengers.
- Please keep the lift cabin clean at all times.
- Since the lift is automatic, please use it gently.
- In case of a power outage, the lift will automatically stop at the nearest floor for safety.
π« Do Not
- Do not use the lift for construction or repair work.
- Do not carry heavy loads in the lift.
π Security & Gate Timings
- The main gate will be closed at 10:30 PM.
- After 10:30 PM, deliveries must be collected from the gate for security reasons.
- Ensure the gate is properly closed after entering or exiting at night.
π§ Water Conservation
- Metro water supply has been reduced. Please use water carefully and avoid wastage.
π§ Maintenance & Repairs
- A/C Installation: Before fixing an air conditioner, inform the association so that proper guidance can be provided.
- Plumbing Work: Before closing the main water valve for any plumbing work, inform the association in advance.
β οΈ General Guidelines
- Do not feed cats or dogs inside the premises.
- Do not dispose of diapers or sanitary napkins in the toilet, as this blocks the drainage system.
π« Common Area Cleanliness
We have received complaints regarding the following:
Vehicle Covers
- Bike and car covers should not be left unattended or thrown near flats and windows.
- This attracts centipedes and insects, causing inconvenience to residents.
Corridor & OTS Usage
- Corridors and OTS areas should not be used to store unused items, including:
- Rusted bicycles
- Prams
- Window frames or grills
- Door mats
- Broken or unused furniture
- Stools
- Have only one shoe rack.

Footwear in Corridors
- Shoes and slippers should be kept neatly and should not block passageways or disturb neighbors.
